It's my blog and I can cry if I want to...!

Well I'm sorta back blogging, and sorta not (yes I know-that doesn't quite make sense). I'm kinda re-thinking my blog....what I want it to be etc. I need a vision for my blog....well actually I know what I want it to be.....being an enthusiastic photographer (I'm just snap happy) I would love to blog in pictures.
However I am encountering a few technical difficulties:

1) Although I have a camera phone ( luv it), I have not yet found an easy way to get my photo's from my phone onto the internet

2) After some very helpful advice from Andrew, I thought that I had finally cracked it! Except I still couldn't quite work out the website.

3) As I don't have the internet at home, my surfing is mainly done at my local library, and so I can't download any of the necessary programs, as it is public property.

HOWEVER I SHALL NOT BE THWARTED, OH NO! THIS GIRL HAS GOT DETERMINATION, I WILL NOT BE BEATEN!!

I think maybe a mac of my very own is the answer.....
