About three weeks ago I was sorting through my finances and started panicking as I realised that I was running out of my spending money, and I still needed more to be able to pay for the rest of the bible school.
As I talked to God about it, I felt Him remind me of the priniciple of sowing and reaping.
I have seen this operate in my life SO many times before, but still I would fall into the mindset that I have to provide for myself.
I felt God gently remind me that some of my finances are for keeping, and some are for sowing. Like in agriculture...some of the grain is for eating, and some of it is for sowing...so that more food can be produced.
So, I started to sow for my daily needs. 3 Sundays ago at TACF Central, I prayed about how much God would have me give, and I felt him say "50"....I looked through my purse for $50, but I only had $35....so I questioned God, and felt Him say 'No, 50 cents :o)', so I put that in.
A few days later I was given $120 in the mail. $120!!!!!!! That's quite a return!!
So, the following week I took some of that money and put it in the offering at TACF Central, then a few days later God provided me with $130!!!!
He is so amazing, He is totally meeting my needs as they come up.
This is not about getting rich, this is about seeing God meet all my needs in abunmdance.
Try it! :o) This is not just for some people...God wants to 'meet all your needs according to His riches in Christ Jesus' (Ephesians somewhere...)
I am so excited.....God is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO faithful!
